Employee Training: 
 

• East Central Technical College opened a $15M; 53,800 sf Technology Training Center for ECTC adjacent to the technology park 1/3/06. 
• Curriculum already underway is geared toward data center operations (as is MTP) per both a Georgia Tech Study and PWC.
• Diplomas and Certificates currently available include: Computer Information Systems; Cisco Networking for CCNA and CCNP; Sun Solaris for Systems Administrator I & II; Sun Certified System Administrator; MCSE; Windows 2000 Networking; Telecommunications; BICSI; and Central Office. Wireless and broadband are under development. These programs insure a constant supply of trained employees.
• ECTC features a Prometric Testing Center where employees can be certified within walking distance of MTP.
• Curriculum is flexible to accommodate day, evening, weekend, and on-line instruction (over 200 on-line students this quarter). Curriculum will be tailored to the specific needs of park tenants.
